ok i managed to fix my issue, it turns out that any building that belongs to the player outside the Right Blue line goes offline, so i moved the Radar Spire to the Left Blue line outside the map and it worked

i still don't understand why player's building outside the Right blue line goes offine.

just try to open command prompt and then type "ipconfig/flushdns" and it will fix it

The fix is to open Command Prompt and type "ipconfig/flushdns" but make sure you logged out first

the reason for this is the bot kicking people for no reason

if i am wrong then idk why it cause it to happen
