That all looks right. I think you might try using a VPN. That is not for any particularly scientific reason other than the fact that that has been required with providers in your area. You can try a free service and see whether that helps you. See this post for some options.

Downloaded VPN and made the virtual location Germany,Frankfurt. I am able to play some games but i get the unable to connect to players problem half of the time now.

I can play with same guy over 5 matches without any issue. But i cant play a single match with most of the people.

Are you sure you pointed to your computer as the DMZ? It varies from router to router but if you have used the IP address of your computer (rather than the MAC address of your network card), you may need to set your network card to have a static IP address.

I downloaded port forwarding network tool to make ip address static. And then i wrote my IPv4 address to the ''Host Address'' tab and checked enable.

   IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.150
   Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
   Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
This is what appears when i type ipconfig on cmd and i copied IPv4 address and pasted it into host address tap.

OK, despite the test results, you could try port forwarding (or easier) setting your computer as the DMZ. You need to google your router to see how to do that.

I do suspect though, that your Windows Firewall settings reset when you restarted your computer (as you say above). You could try disabling Windows Firewall temporarily (for both private and public networks) to see if you are able to connect. That would help us eliminate that as the problem.

Just disabled firewall for both public and private networks and tried to do DMZ (not sure if i did it right but it says enabled).

And before starting to game installed ''The Ultimate Collection Launcher Fix'' again just to make sure (origin in game is disabled btw).

Still having the same problem.

When you install these games, the installer should automatically make the necessary exceptions in Windows Firewall. If you upgraded from an earlier version of windows, you might consider uninstalling (including uninstalling the game from Windows Control Panel) and installing again. The installer should them make all of the necessary firewall exceptions.

Uninstalled the game and gentool and installed again still doesnt work.

Made an exception for every single generals and zero hour related .exe made a new rule for them (at the advanced settings of firewall) and allowed everything.

I was able to play 5 games but when i restarted my computer it keeps saying ''Unable to connect to other players''

Edit: Just formatted the whole computer. when i installed zero hour and generals and started it. Windows asked for firewall permission. I allowed connection still doesnt work please help.
