I though to make a little summary since after yesterdays repost i had a feeling nobody carefully read my post:

-The game is up to date.

-The game is Hooked, Since i had seen that on the forum to do that for the steam version.

-The C&C online launcher cannot be Launched in Compability mode or Run as Admin. Since it won't launch the game at all. Then crashes the launcher.

-I tried it also after a PC restart.

I hope this would be more info. Since i still get the error.

I had an issue with Red alert 3 with the C&C launcher, When i start it. The game starts and i get the CA public key patching routine error. I didn't worry since the game starts but then i tried to login and it says that 'cannot connect to backend server' while the servers are online on the main site and people are actually on RA3 right now.

 

I play the steam version of RA3. I did hooked it and i cannot use the launcher in admin/compability mode. since the launcher wont appear if i do it that way.

 

The operating system i use is Windows 10 Home edition

 

The error log says as following:

This is the best way i can describe my error. And i'm confused as i even tried all the steps i saw in every post. And since i cannot use the C&C online launcher in compability/start as admin since it won't launch then..

 

Hope their is a solution for this.

- I'm having trouble using C&C:Online with Steam.
- Solution: Open the C&C:Online launcher and use the Hook menu to hook your game. 
1. Go into Steam and create a desktop shortcut for your game.
2. Open the C&C:Online launcher and go to the hooking menu. Hook your game. When Hooking, you should receive a prompt asking for your confirmation, this is how you know it worked. If you don't receive anything and the issue still occurs, check your anti-virus (Norton especially) as they are known to delete the hooking file. Add an exception for C&C:Online.
3. Launch the game using the shortcut Steam made for it on your desktop (if you don't have a shortcut, go into Steam and make one). The launcher should pop up, so select your game and off you go

 

This isn't really solving it. Since it still gives an error this way. Any other solution?

Edit: I have no antivirus except windows defender and that allows most games through as i have set up that way. Just adding to it
