So I decided to play through BEL again for the first time in a c couple years, and i'm currently at mission 19, i've always wondered has anybody ever found a use for the light railroad truck in mission 19 frustrate retaliation? I can't seem to find one, only 1 man can use it at a time and it's pretty much impossible to use without taking damage from the bunker and the tank, it seems pretty pointless to me. i've never seen a video where someone uses this instead of just crawling across the bridge. 

No multiplayer planned? That's already bloody put me off from buying it, since thats pretty much all i play in comm2 these days as thats most of the replay value of comm2 for me, if they made a decent multiplayer with no hamachi needed i think the game would be much more popular.. As about the engine I dont care too much, the unity engine is still possible of good games, it's just a lot of noobs with the "my first unity game" crap on steam greenlight who give it a bad name.

I guess the reason why Pyro switched to mobile games only is because it makes more money for them than a new Commandos game, microtransaction plagued games whether you like it or not makes companies quite a lot of money however greedy it is unfortunately. I'm only slightly ok with microtransactions if the game is free to play to start with. And omg I want Jojo Siwo Stickers game plssss that looks amazing, who needs Commandos 4 when you have bloody brilliant games like that 

Here is another rare demo, in fact its a demo disc by AOL/Smart Saver, its a version known as "Commandos - The Early Battles" this version has 4 missions (why it says it contains 5 on the back of the case is a mystery) and all the tutorial missions and videos rather than just 2 missions like all the other demos, and I believe it was only ever available in the US, as it's by AOL and the readme file on the CD says it's version 1.1. Anyway I created an .iso file of it, I got from eBay accidentally thinking it was the full game, it just came in a regular CD jewel case. it seems you can get these all over eBay, usually sold from the US. I created an ISO of the CD and uploaded it to mediafire if anyone is interested, I couldn't find it anywhere else on the internet so I think this maybe the first time anyone has uploaded it. And I bet i'm not the only person who bought this thinking it was the full game as most listings of it on eBay don't say it's just a demo disc.

Edit: In the "DEMOS" folder of the CD directory, where it contains a few other demos for games like Tomb Raider etc, there is a folder called "Bonus Commando Mission" and contains and installer, however I was not able to get this to work, so i'm not sure which mission it is, now I understand why it says it contains 5 missions instead of 4.

*Hits blunt* Here is my Commandos conspiracy theory. This game series is clearly anti-smoking propaganda. think about it for a second, if there's one thing this game series teaches you more than anything, it's that being a heavy smoker will get you killed by a member of the Commando team, so perhaps the game developers were trying to spread the message that smoking kills. *Cue the x files theme tune*

Wait a sec, I have another conspiracy theory too. There was originally 6 main Commandos in the first game, but the 3rd Commando is the Diver, The diver has a harpoon, which shoots a spear, which has a triangle on the end. A triangle has 3 sides. And if you put 3 6's together that makes it 666, the number of satan, and the Illuminati symbol is also a triangle so Commandos is 100% Illuminati confirmed.

You found a new BOX?

is it the new BOX to replace the BOX which used to stand at the corner of Ulverston Road and Sandwood Crescent? Will this new BOX enable the people of the Ulverston Road area to post letters, post cards, and small packages?

I remember having troubles with commandos 2 running in windows 10, I followed an online guide that said I needed to enable DirectPlay which fixed it for me, so you should try enabling it, if you don't know how you can watch this guide:

Also yyou should upgrade to 1.2 using the international patch if you are playing it from the DVD/CD, unless you are using the gog/steam versions which are already patched to 1.2. Because 1.0 refuses to run on Win10 because it has some DRM that doesn't work in Windows 10. (unless you use a no cd crack)

1.44 has the same difficulty in BEL missions (with a few minor changes), but it solves the crash problem of the older versions
