If anyone else wants that solution to try, please make your own topic and post your error log.
As in other familiar topic said, i'm posting a separated topic. Any common resolutions are tried and confirmed useless, e.g. whitelist installer, disable firewall and anti-virus protection, and restart the computer.
Thank you for your attention, and hope you best luck debugging so other people won't have to experience this.
And thank you again for running servers for those games. Hope the donations can help a little bit.
