Looks like I can upload to reneguard as wolves. Are we holding fire on wolves or just going for it?

Time will be the kicker but should be able to roll out Praetorians, night lords and vostroyans patches too.

I'm perhaps overly pragmatic insomuch as I am not convinced by how many people are left playing it compared to the time we invest. As such I think it's better to get stuff out quicker then patch later - we get few comments anyway.

As such I would focus on the ones nearest to done - but really I am curmudgeonly at the moment so play what you find fun.

Suggestions in order of ease of release:
Renegades
Space wolves
13th
Ultramarines

After that I'm expecting good things for emperor's children (so stoked it is getting done).
Tau mod
Iron warriors (still going?)
Craftworld (nice mod, but no-one will really care I suspect in the community)
Necron dynasty (early stages)
Death guard (on hold)
Imperial fists (maybe)

As we have an influx of new people I shall start a new thread in my little corner of someone else's forum.

This is the latest version of my Space Wolves Reboot, 0.75 I think..? Whatever the last version is with the nerfed Stalker +1 digit hopefully.

 

Anyway for you new people you need a new version of Night Lords as well if you want to run this in combination:

As there are UCS errors if you use the public versions.

 

That aside, I think the plan is for Roderick to do some graphical stuff, but then it's pretty much done for my money. Feedback below and let's see how we get on.

Tips:
Play as and against the race.
Test different map sizes.
Test against all vanilla races.
Test 1 Vs 1 primarily.
Force yourself to use build orders using all the units.
Check hot keys are available and unique for all buildings and units.

Oh don't start! I'm just going to add gargoyles and leave them to it after this release.

Thud they don't duplicate, or at least shouldn't. Eldar is a bad example as the vanilla is problematic. If there isn't a use for the unit then it's a pointless inclusion and leads to redundancy.

Anyway, that's just a disagreement over design philosophy. what's the xenos vault?

Au contraire - zaha is entirely planning on adding branches in the next build, which is why gargoyles are somewhat arbitrarily not in this one!

They do know about the new codex.

I think, I am done with this. I have been chipping away at balance for the last week or two and it's just a knife edge between them rolling or being rolled constantly owing to their unique squad system. Failed to maintain a changelog in any shape or form as it's been a fluid and Sisyphean task. On MoM they tend to win vs SM, but it's always like a 40+ minute match when they do win.
