My guess is the bases seen are going to immediately get destroyed by the Paradox Engine (there's barrels present) and the mission will be about salvaging what you can from the initial attack.

Having allies just seems too nice for a mission for the Epsilon. Hopefully Irkalla will reappear in this mission or soon.

So fast hitting, air superiority and offensive focus?

Doesn't Haihead already handle the "fast and hard-hitting" area? Aside from the fact that it's got more aerial units, how does WofC play differently than Haihead?


The best way to play Haihead is pausing a MADMAN at 99%, putting a ton of engineers in transports, capturing the enemy's factory, and proceeding to nuke their base.

Cosmonaut would be really dumb because its entire point is it functions in space, not on earth. Leave that unit for cool custom moon maps.

I did suggest a Tesla Trooper variation a while back that focuses more on their ability to keep Tesla Coils / structures online rather than being mini Volkovs, but the more people explain Russia doesn't need another unit the less I see it happening. Voltmortar would be a really poor addition because it'd detract from the Confederation's Mortarquad imo, even if they'd be designed for different targets.

Could you buff Epsilon Adept some how? on no-water map, you just wasted more $200 for nothing. maybe give them a short-range mindreading.

 

I'm guessing you mean the elites. The floating Epsilon Elites have slightly more health (125 vs 100) over the Adepts, are faster, and they're uncrushable by normal vehicles while the Adepts are not.
