Zero Hour settings reset each launch

Would you happen to have any insights into why my settings reset each time the game is launched? e.g. Scroll Speed, Voice Volume, Alternate Mouse Setup and Resolution.

Can't see games or players in Zero Hour

Hi,
 

I'm new to C&C Online, and I've just created my account and logged in. 

 

I can see that there are 43 people online, and 4 games running. However, I can't find any games or see anyone in a lobby whether it be 1v1, 4v4 or Asia. 

I saw that there were 3 free spots in a 3v3, but could not find it.

 

Any help would be much appreciated. I use GenTool also.
