Any Idea how to fix this?

I created a separate directory for MO and copied and pasted the necessary files for the MO to run. Also i extracted the soundtrack and newest patch of MO (3.3) in the MO directory. Then this happened when i tried opening the MO game client. I also grant administrative privileges to the MO. My PC runs Win 10 and i run win 8 compatibility for the MO.Attached File  Kaboom!.jpg   22.8KB   12 downloads
