CnC Rise of the Reds in need of AI scripting helps

well, first of all, for you guys if you all dont know what's the "CnC Rise of the Reds", please simply click on this link:

and oh well, let's get it straight to the topic. since realized that the new factions won't work without AI implementation on World Builder, then i think i have to recruit AI scripters to help us out in AI scripting, otherwise, we will release our mod with new but useless faction...

and oh yeah, beside that, could you guys tell me the limit of factions on World Builder, is it 12 or 15.

and last but not least, helps are really appreciated.
