Introduction

As we all know well that the "generals.exe" file from  ultimate edition is mismatch with the first release 2003 edition.

It's just like 2003 edition is 1.8(type a)  and ulimate is 1.8(type b) . This result they can't join a game with each others.

Gentool has recommend  ultimate edition players to replace it with this  http://www.gentool.n..._Workaround.zip  1.8(type c)

with no problem with 1.8(type a)  and let 1.8(type b) obsoleted.

However revora has recommend the players to bypass the problem with this patch

This also work with 1.8(type a) and 1.8(type c) . and supported by revora

Problem

Almost ultimate players  are using 1.8(type c) now . but it isn't working with revora server.

If they use C&C online launcher with 1.8(type c) . It won't login to revora server but gamespy server(still alive until now)

WITHOUT any thead mentions about this issue before this one. They will confused.

Even gentool creator may not know about this because he's only play c&c Zerohour expansion not c&c generals. 

Can you just download the file from above link and added support for 1.8(type c).
