So, my friend was trying  to open Red Alert 3 to play it through CnC Online

The game is being played on steam

The shortcut has been hooked but whenever we open it, nothing happens, not the game or the C&C Launcher.

We have tried making a shortcut through the main exe and hook through that shortcut, but we do get "CA public key patching routine failed" error when we do that.

Our OS is Windows 10, we already did windows xp compatability.
