Red Alert 3 on Steam cant Play ?

I just got Red Alert 3 from steam and I hear about this C&C Online so I try To follow exactly the video guide Did: register dowload blah blah

then I'm start Laucher C&C online

 

and i got a logo of RA 3 in the picture

and i'm wait for like 14s and it's close notthing happen
