I dont gewt which files I have to edit in Gmax. I mean I understand everytihng in Gmax. but the problem is I dont know which files to edit and model if I want the hobbits to get guns. Whats s the differnce between _skn and all the other models? When I play em theres no animation. They dont move. So am I supposed to make animations and them save em?
PLEEZE HELP!

Modeling Bones Problem

Helo everyone.
I followed nickthemenace's guide and am stuck when you attach bones by name. I selected all the vertices close to the bone. THen I clicked attach bone by anem. But the names of the bones aint coming up?
Any help would be appreciated.
I am also trying to model hobbits with machine guns.
Any tips on which models to edit and how to do it. I am new to all this. I used to INI edit only. Sorry for the NOOB questions.

Portrait Coordinates and Loading Screen PICS

I read the Adding Custom Images Totorial and understood it up to the part where it says

"Click these crosshairs in the upper left corner of the image. Now do the same for the lower right corner of the image. You will see coordinated updated in the right boxes.
You are able to click into the boxes after and adjust the values if you need. REMEMBER Cameo Mapper uses TGA formated images. So make sure this is the format for the image you want to use. This is done be saving as TGA in Photoshop of Photopaint.
After you have the proper coordinates mapped than click EDIT/COMPLETE ENTRY. This will finalize the image. Whatever you name the entry is what the game will use to reference the image ingame. " Quote
WHAT IMAGE?? THere is no image in cameo mapper.
What coordinates should I use for a portrait?
And what coordinates should I use for the image that is displayed when a level in the campaign is loading?
PLEASE HELP THIS DESPREATE PERSON wh o is workin on a mod.

IS it possible to model weapons for the hobbits. MY plan is to make a mod in which the hobbits receive machine guns. IS this possbile and if so what will i need? I am not sure.
IS it also possible to supersize the hobbits?
