I have some problem while installing MO on Windows 10

​I did try install MO 3.3.0 onto RA2/YR folders, already checked that main files exist and version is updated enough for installation.
​however, trying to active syringe.exe in order to run the game became unsuccessful, basically I received a log message from syringe.exe like this

​I can run the client with no problems but cannot initiate the match. I really need to know how could I fix this? 
​Syringe.exe, gamemd.exe, MOclient all run as admins and set compatibility to windows XP/SP2.
