Directx9.0c error when launching C&C3 on windows 10

Hi guys,

 

I have recently installed Tiberium wars and Kane's wrath on my laptop with the latest patches, but when i launch the game, I get an Directx9 error. I have reinstalled directx9, but i had no luck i also updated my drivers, 1050 GTX and Intergrated graphic card(Intel UHD Graphics 630). Is there anyone who had the same issue and fixed it somehow?
