It only freezes if I press the Network Tab In-game, other features of the game work perfect.
 
The only thing I haven't tried is to reload the game, but Steam cannot find any missing files or files that would be corrupt.

You hit the "network" tab? You should be hitting the "Online" tab. Is that what you meant?

 

I am sorry, yes I "hit the Online Tab" not the "network" one. Sorry I meant the right thing, I just wrote the other one I apologize. The network function works fine, just can't seem to figure out why the game freezes when I Hit Online button.

Thank you for such a fast response, I have attached the File in the original post.

There was just this file so it must be it.    I am patiently awaiting your reply. If there is anything else you would need I will provide it, I just really want to play this game online
