i take "technical difficulties" error now. im using windows 10. and i installed patch 1.04 -- shouldnt i install 1.04 patch? am i take error because of this?

 

i tried options.ini solve. it doesnt worked for me

Download gentool.

And run the downloaded program.

Start up the game.

Log in to online .

Go to custom match.

Find people

Play.

If you have any problems at any point.

Explain as detailed as you can.
