mental omega update problem

Hi guys :)

the message said update failed

An error occured while updating . Returned error was : Too many retries for downloading file expandmo99.mix 

if you are connected to the internet and your firewall isnot blocking clientdx.exe. and the issue is reproducible, contact us at mentalomega.com/forum 

 

 

 

 

I tried block my Eset smar security and block my windows firwall and used Psiphon 3 VPN 

and the same result of this message !!! pls help :)
