Help Coding, FTPing the site

I need help coding, i don't know what FTP means or what it does. so i need help there. basically setting up the site to look like other mods, that have forums incorporated within it, and the forums like has a store(like AoSW), and other features from Imperial Assault II and LoW( music, looks, Faction Pages, etc...) and with the site, we would like to have a main site that provides news for the current mods, links(affialates, links to us), sub-sites under the main site for mod specific sites (Like Clone Wars, Galactic Civil War, Jedi Civil War, etc.....). forums for each mod site if possible to keep organized (for future use). i think that's about it
