I fixed that for myself by applying admin rights to gamemd.exe, Syringe.exe and MentalOmegaClient.exe, and compatibility settings (XP SP3 I think) to the first two.

Can you also Check about my Error?, It's kinda annoying since i make games with a friend and i'm still without beating him, and this update kinda fucked my tactics.

Problem with the new update 3.3.5, The Game Worked Perfectly in 3.3.4, no errors nothing, For that moment was the Only mod that was working with my RA2 the others like Ra20xx middle east and others give crash to a problem with the CnCNet launcher, anyway i updated 3.3.4 to 3.3.5 with the updater already ingame, After all the update my game restarted and it started to crash, i downloaded the manual update of Moddb and same problem.

 

My PC have windows 7.
