i have download the latest patch for red alert 3

i have red alert 3 for origin

and i have in on window 10

my nickname is Goko

the error message pop after i try to login

the specified account or subaccount name wasnt found

i am wondering what can you do help solve my problem

I have download the lastest patch for Red Alert 3 and I have it on Origin

and I did hook it cnc online and when I try to login using email and password

 it say I cant connect to back end server how do I fix this
