Bought Red Alert 3 through STEAM in early May 2021.

Had been trying to connect online since then

Followed some forum threads on this issue but still couldnt get it work.

 

Error: "Failed to connect to servers. Please check to make sure you have an active connection to the internet". 

 

OS: Windows 7

Had also tried getting log from Windows powershell and results are in the image attached. It seem something is missing inside.
 
 
In my RA3 game settings → Network, only this IP addresses is present in the "Online menu" menu : 192.168.1.127
 
 
Need some guidance here.
