Thanks for the reply. This was one of the first things I tried but unfortunately isn't what I'm looking for. These values affect the enemy rate of fire. If I set them to something extreme like 200, it just means they can only fire once every 10 seconds or so.
What I'm trying to modify is the time between when they see you and you have the blue line to when it turns red and they start shooting.
I also found this line:
TICKS_ESPERA_VISTA_MODO_FACIL INT
I think this only affects patrols though.
