Rotors: how to add them?

Can someone tell me how can I add rotors to voxels? Or could anyone tell me where I can find the paratrooper plane, osprey, kirov with rotors? I saw these units in the mod Sudden Strike v1.1... But I couldn't find them 
PNG to SHP problem

hi-hello! I'm trying to make a mod for YR an I have this problem: I can't convert png files to shp using XCC Mixer because I get the 'Don't Send' error every time I select a PNG. They're loading screens I downloaded from YR:AG site. The old ones were a bit of a bore 
... can anybody tell me what I can do to convert these files corectly? The somple right-click-convert to shp(ts) method obviously dosen't work so...
There's also the matter that they have to be a certain size
... The reason why is unknown to me. Many someone knowes and can tell me too
