I consider that to be an open invitation/taunt to spam without any consequences. After all, we are being formally invited to do so.

But we've been openly invited to spam the shit out of Revora by a member of staff. You can't rightly punish us for doing what is asked of us.

EDIT: It actually isn't your job to deal with a mass spamming campaign, should one happen. Your job is public relations, not community control.

Excellent observation Cas, yet I can't actually do anything to support the rambling posts of HQ. Really all I can do is make my punch-lines and roll with the waves in situations like this.

Unfortunately, your "punch-lines" can inflame a situation, such as granting chaotic members the right to act outside of the rules.

Pasidon, are you freaking insane? What on earth makes you think that because we've taken away the moderator powers you didn't need in the first place allows you to encourage a spamming action against Revora? You still wear a staff badge and hold a PR rank. Obviously Caspa knows this too well and is just using you to legitimise his actions, but still. This might not only get you demoted, but also warned or banned.

As for anyone else: spam attacks are not tolerated.

Read the context of my posts and you'll realize that I don't have any real intent to go on a spamming spree again. It was fun the first time, but we have to move on and find new ways to amuse
ourselves. Baiting staff for a fall is one good way to get a few giggles. It's not all that difficult, strangely enough.
