Prime, I don't know if you know, but not all parents are going to give their children 1000-1500 dollars, so they can buy a computer. And if your allowance per month is like 10-20 dollars, you can wait a lot of months before you can buy a computer
. Even if you have a little job (which you can't have officially until you are 15 (in the Netherlands anyway)), it still will take a lot of time before you can buy your own pc.

Computers only cost like 300-600 dollars in the USA.
and I get 12 bucks a WEEK, not per month.
