I always compare the idea of intelligence and "smartness" with that of a boat: The speed may or may not be constant, but without the direction it matters little, since you could drive around in circles with little direction or find the best ports with a lot of direction. "Speed" is the IQ, while "Direction" is an unknown factor yet, it has to do with the way people use the IQ. It may also be said that someone with an IQ of 80 can do qunatum jumps in elementary particle physics, with the proper use of direction.

Actually, no. Since those more proper tests take in to account age. During second grade, you may have been advanced, but now I highly doubt you are still at a 156 level. This meant only that you were 56 points higher than your fellow classmates... NOT ADULTS.

I was 150-something back in elementary school, too. This means jack squat now. Especially considering that IQ takes into account nothing for artistic or social intellegence.

Anyway, I got 135 on this test.

Well I beat you all, I've taken a Military run IQ test and scored 199 (the highest possible score on that test), and every other test I take I always score the highest possible.

Especially considering that IQ takes into account nothing for artistic or social intellegence.

Ummm... all of the tests i have taken measure social intelligence (except for this online test of course).

And also, IQs mean nothing. You can have an IQ of 100 and be smarter than someone with an IQ of 130. All it means is you're quicker to think critically.

Mine was rated at 192 at junior high, so i skipped a few classes, so what.

In the end your IQ is one of many variables which decide what you do with your life.

I don't know what it really means but I got 180. I don't think it really shows who is 'smartest' just that some of us read more and retain more then others. I know an awful lot of people that are smarter then I am, that's for sure!

Well i've thrown away another 30 mins of my life.

I'm 115, above average. In fact that is what i already knew

I took this test about 3 years ago and got 133. Add a few points for English not being my first language. These tests from Tickle (old name: Emode) always have at least one question I do not understand .
I'm also an Insightful Linguist, according to the test. Don't know exactly what it means though. In the earlier days they used to display what different types there were and their discription, so I could see for myself which one fitted me. Now there's only the 'buy now' button
