Great news, I know the wait is going to be worth it.

Fair enough. Very glad to see all the hard work you guys are still putting into the mod. I've been practically skipping around the last couple of days excited to see this progress.

Perhaps, if Ghostrider has the time. We still have a lot of work to do to get all the other campaigns lined up properly, which is why this demo is shipping with Operation Skyhook only.

Any chance we will see write-ups for any more of the campaigns similar to the past "Campaign #1 - Core World."?

Unfortunately we don't have new hero models at this time.

did u made new models for herous for your mod? i mean your previous version used only vanilla ugly models for troops and herous but mod was great! alsow u made best movie-tsyle icon-portrets for herous! sorry for my english.

As you may or may not be aware, I am still working reasonably regularly on the mod and have got it to a stage where I feel comfortable releasing a focused demo version of Phoenix Rising 2.0. Currently, the version is in testing, but you can get a sneak-peek from Corey, lead developer on the Thrawn's Revenge series of mods, who has graciously begun a series of videos of the demo test build on his Youtube channel. The first video is here
 
2.0 will include all the changes noted in previous news posts, but there will be a summary of changes around the release time.
 
There is no concrete release date for the demo build, so stay tuned.
