I had previous issues launching the game where I would get this message:

 

 

I was able to fix that by adding hooking to the game.

 

However, when I try logging in online, I get the following message:  "The Specified Account or Subaccount Name wasn't Found"

 

I use: cadcTV@gmail.com (user email) which I registered here with

My password, which is the same as what is registered here

and name: cadcTV

 

I'm not sure what the problem might be :/

 

how do you check the logs?

 

[Edit] I was actually able to log in to Kane's Wrath just fine

yes, I'm having trouble loging in to RA3, I only mentioned that I was succesfull in loging in to Kanes wrath to let you know that at least that works.

 

but I really would like to play RA3 online if possible.

The email you should be using is cadc.sa@gmail.com (i.e. the one shown on your profile here- double click your avatar to access your profile) and not cadcTV@gmail.com.

Your password for RA3 is also the second password you entered on registration. You can view and edit that one by going to your "My Settings" tab when you hover over your username at the top of the page or by clicking this link:

Scroll to the bottom and check for:

• Other C&C:Online and T3A:Online Password xxxxx

get the same error message like cadcTV.

 

How to fix this?

 

At the login screene ingame even same problem "connection faild"

Hey guys we fixed it (problem only if i launched by steam or orgine)

 

next problem is playing koop missions

 

we can connect in the lobby but cant start the game even there is connection problem -.-

Huh, didn't recall using my original Email, but it worked! thanks a lot Toxic shock! =D
