OK I see you in the log now. It looks like it's not a connection problem at all. Your C&C:Online password is not set (but instead of throwing that error, it is causing an exception somewhere). Please could you set your C&C:Online and T3A:Online Password and try again.
To set the password, double click your avatar to get your profile and hit "Edit my profile" at the top right. The T3A:Online Password password is at the bottom of the profile page.
