I HAVE READ THE HOW-TO THREAD

 

Hello

I have the normal cc3 Tiberium Wars version - no steam and no origin. 

 

I launch C&C online and then press the cc3 button but afterwards i get this message: This application is not compatible with the installed operating system. Please upgrade to Windows 98SE, Windows 2000 or better.

And sometimes i get this message too: ca public key patching routine failed

 

I already tried changing compatibility and running as adminstrator

 

I Have windows 8.1
