C&C Online launcher means constantly
Missing required file ssleay32.dll to Tiberium Wars 3 and Kanes Wrat'h
And to Generals and Zero Hour unable to launch
I use Origin Collectors Edition.
Can you please help me by this problem ?

For Tiberium Wars and Kane's Wrath, the answer to that very problem is in the Common Issues & Solutions thread (which you ought to have looked at) under "Launcher issues".
For Generals and Zero Hour, you ought not to be using the launcher at all. You should install GenTool and launch the game from the ordinary game shortcut (not the launcher). Then you will not get that problem.
Whatever you do, I suggest that you install this; C&C Ultimate Collection Launchers.
