A report of intentional disconnect in a game played in Zero Hour has been made against Karltoffel (Revora Member Riceboy2014) and the adjudicator has found the report to be valid.

The report and the decision may be found on gamereplays here; Karltoffel intentional disconnect.

 

I give Karltoffel three clear days to explain himself. If I do not hear from him within that time, the report will be confirmed and a sanction may be imposed. The explanation and any mitigation may be given here or in the report topic on gamereplays.

Keine Ahnung was die Spieler hier alle für ein Problem haben. Die nehmen das alles viel zu ernst. Ich mache Regeln und die halten sich nicht daran warum soll ich mich dann daran halten?

Kassa olfi oder wie auch immer der Typ heißt, versteht wenn ich sage kein Armyspam etc. und stellt sich nun blöd. Aber kein Problem. Wenn ich alle melden würde die nicht regelkonform spielen oder die Verbindung unterbrechen wären das Spiel komplett tot. Es ist auch problematisch wenn Leute die selber spielen auch dann die Entscheidung über die Konsequenzen treffen können, das hat ja schon diktatorische Ansätze.

Microwave bug is not allowed, nor intentional disconnecting. Simple as that.

 

Ladder games are without rules. You cannot assume that other people will follow your personal rules. In future you should just give up instead of disconnecting each time.

 

To be fair you are the biggest disconnecter in Zero Hour at this moment. There are plenty accusations from different people against you and other who did not post an accusation. So blaming others posting this, does not seem to be very clever.

Riceboy2014, do you have anything else to say in your defence, because what you have said so far does not exonerate you at all.

It is not like I posted the accusation and made the verdict both myself. Another Fair Play Specialist, Serby, made the verdict and found you guilty, see the topic on gamereplays.org. He investigated my accusation just like any other. No sign of a dictatorial approach

The three days Karltoffel (Revora member Riceboy2014) was given to explain himself have expired, but the explanation he gave in that time was not exonerating.

Karltoffel has two previous convictions from January of this year:

1) An IE conviction - KARLTOFFEL MICROWAVEBUG - Confirmed; and
2) An Intentional DC conviction - Karltoffel DC - Confirmed.

The penalty imposed for both of those offences together was a suspension of 18 days. He did provide what purported to be an explanation (see the linked topic in the Revora Fair Play Forum) but it was not at all exonerating.

Intentional Disconnect Confirmed. For this third conviction, I have suspended Karltoffel's access to C&C:Online for 36 days, reset his ladder standing and banned him from the ladder until June 2015.

WARNING: Any attempt to circumvent the suspension I have imposed is likely to result in severe penalties, which may include a permanent ban.

It has come to my attention that you have used a duplicate account to circumvent this suspension. The account ZeroHour0007 appears to have been used by you since it was made in January 2015.

I intend to impose an additional penalty for your attempt to circumvent the suspension I imposed. Do you have any comment?
