I believe that your account is a duplicate account of Kidone Thodin PE and has been used in an attempt to circumvent the suspension I imposed today.

If you wish to argue differently, you will need to post here within the next three days. In the mean time, your account has been disabled.

Why am I still banned ?

 

and what is that it is written somewhere that one should make no 2nd account? where?

so I can not find anything here in this regard

You are still banned because you made a number of attempts to circumvent the suspension I imposed using duplicate accounts. You made a new account on 23 April for the very purpose; Kwonaiden. That account has been banned, as has your patrick123456 account.

If it were not obvious to you that you were not permitted to make duplicate accounts on these forums, it ought to have been obvious that you were not permitted to side-step the suspension I imposed by making other accounts.

Your suspension will continue until tomorrow morning. You should count yourself lucky; what you did could easily have bought you a permanent ban.
