It might be possible, if your router can do it, to set your computer as the DMZ.

Hello everyone ! I have trouble with Kane's Wrath online gaming. I CAN connect to revora's main server, but room's admins can't start game, because I always have bad connection, but SOMETIMES I have normal connection with some players. (They are from Netherland, UK and USA) I don't know what to do. I have done everything like refreshing NAT, disabling firewall, deleting antiviruses, reinstalling game and etc. I have also REINSTALLED WINDOWS for this, but it doesn't work. Is this your main server's problem or my internet provider's issue? I've also attached some screenshots. I'm using Windows 7

P.S. I'm from Georgia and can this be a reason of my problem?

I know a few guys for Georgia that can connect but still, this most likely a problem with the quality of service on your internet connection. The server does not have too much to do with the connection between players.

I would check the IP address on Options->Settings->Network. Make sure that it starts 192 or 10 (i.e. it's not a Hamachi driver). If you have any Hamachi drivers installed, I would uninstall them. They are know to cause an issue like this.

If you are using Origin, I would also disable Origin In Game (as that is know to affect connection quality too).

Yes, my IP starts with 192, I haven't hamachi. No, I haven't Origin or Steam, I have bought license version of game some years ago. The most strange thing is, that I was playing on your server about 6 months ago and everything was ok, but I don't know what happened now...As you said, it can be my internet provider's trouble, yes?

P.S. I forgot to say: My nickname in screenshots is: ScorPIONus_11

I imagine that this is a problem with your internet connection. It could be that a Windows update has caused the problem though. You could try rolling back updates to the time when you did not experience the problem.

You could also try port forwarding in your router (you need to google your router to see how to do that). You need to forward this whole range of UDP ports: 8088-65535. It might be possible, if your router can do it, to set your computer as the DMZ. Again you will need to google your router.

Also try using a wired connection, rather than Wifi. As usual, keep sources of noise such as mains cables way from the telephone lines going to your router.
