yo check it, trying to launc red alert3 through this C&C thingy but the game wont load. The pre-loading screen comes up but then closes and yea, we got nothing

i have this problem its a simple fix
1.open cnc:online
2 go to hook click RA3
3. launch RA3 normaly (i.e through steam or orgin etc)
4. cnc online should pop up again then clicking on ra3 from there it should launch
