Trying to play C&C3 with friend. We both have Steam version, firewall shut down, i have Windows 7, friend has Windows 8.1.
When i'm hosting it doesn't even start our match 
, when my friend hosts it does kind of load, but then error pops out. In both situations there are problems with connectivity, but whe can't find the case. Help would be apreciated! (pictures with issues are attached to post)

I have the same problem with you while playing CNC3 & Ra3 series online. Seldom can I connect to others to play the game That's annoying. A friend of mine suggested that this could help(by deleting some dialogue in Options.ini) however it doesnt work at all. It's seems that this problem not only occured to me. :( :( :(
