I got the full collection from origin, everything work perfect, i play the game and all, its update to 1.04, and still the c&c:online program dont let me run it from the button, i can run generals, but zero hour dont work, i attached a pic to show u the error i got, no idea how to fix it, plz help me...

Unhook Generals/Zero Hour from the launcher and don't use the launcher for those two titles. Just install GenTool and run the game as you did before.

the games are not hooked, and after i instelled gentools, now the generals dont work for me from the c&c:online program, i still get the same stupid messege, i reinstall c&c:online and gentools and still nothing, no one know what i can do ?
plz i really need help here !!

Can't you read? Don't use the C&C:Online launcher for Generals or Zero Hour. Use their normal shortcuts.

i did what u told me, but when im in the game and trying to log to multiplayer, its say that my username alredy taken, so what with that ?
even if i change the username its not working.

You know you should be logging into ZH with your email address as your "EA Account Name"? You mean your nickname/OnlineID is already taken? Try using a different one.
