Couldnt connect to C&C generals zero hour online

Best Answer ToxicShock, 18 August 2015 - 08:45 AM

First off, check the OnlineIP address in Options from the main menu. It should be an address on the network you use to connect to the internet (probably 192.168 or 10. something). If there is more than one address, select the other one. The address should not begin with 25. If it does, delete it or select another address.

If that does not help, please would you let us know when you last attempted to connect (please post immediately after you tried) so we can check the server log.

BTW, have you installed this; C&C Ultimate Collection Launchers? Go to the full post

Alright so for Zero Hour online, I type my email I used to create acc on revura, password from there (C&C:Online and T3A:Online Password), random Nickname and a random birth date. I also installed GenTool and disabled origin in game, as I play from the ultimate collection. It still says Unable to connect to c&c generals zero hour online. Whats the deal?
