I have previously used Red Alert 3 (from Origin) without any problems on my Windows 10 PC, but recently I have been having problems connecting online. When I open the C&C Online application it opens normally and then says that there are about three files which aren't installed (sorry I don't remember the names of these) and it doesn't allow me to open the game, so I hooked it to the game, Red Alert 3, and once done, it opens normally through the launcher but when I am on the game, it tells me I can't connect to the backend server.

 

I have tried to fix this by:

  a) repairing the launcher

  b) re-installing the launcher from the website

but both have been unfruitful.

 

I would immensely appreciate any help you could give me on this issue at your greatest convenience.

As a first step we'll need launcher error log.

Thank you for your prompt response. I have attached screenshots of the error messages I receive when opening the launcher's desktop application. All of these messages are bypassed when I use the hooked method. I also appologise for having to blur the backgroun but there are many private and personal files.

These messages mean the hooking is not working. Try running the launcher as administrator and see if they disappear.

Have you followed the exact procedure outlined here: http://forums.revora...sues-solutions/ ?

The Ssleay32.dll problem appears to be a common one, so you could also try searching the Support Archive for solutions.

Thank you, I needed to download something from http://bibber.eu/dow...tion-launchers/as I got this game through The Ultimate Collection.
