Your recording software and hardware are good, but you'll need to either invest in a better mic, or better audio recording software.  Filter out that unnecessary noise.  And your editing needs some work.  Your pop-up text / inserted pictures need better placement, better timing, and get rid of that fade-out effect.  The way you present your editing makes your video look more like a PowerPoint.  They need to appear in, then immediately leave before they overstay their welcome.  

 

But most importantly, you need to work on your commentary.  Work on your humor, never giggle at your own jokes that much, and always keep talking.  Personally, I wouldn't watch your videos because your personality doesn't work for what you're trying to do, and I don't care for your voice.  Remember: that's my own opinion.  Others will have their own (obviously).  On YouTube, you can get away with your style and voice, but your content needs to make-up for that.  Everyone and their grandma makes GTA5 videos, and you need to be more clever than them if you want to make a dent in views.
