am getting this error  CA public key patching routine failed every time am trying to uses cc online revora

 

i played it yesterday with no problem 

i have the latest update and ive tried running it with hook

the problem started just today after i put my EA account password and ID name pressed the join and it said choose your region  a message came up said couldnt connect to backend server 

 

could anyone help me out with this?

 

am using windows 8.1 

C&C3 

Origin 

 

since i had the problem i have removed the c&c online and reinstalled hooked and unhooked and disabled origin in game

but these are the screen shots i have 

one thing ive notest is when i click the ingame online button its like i press it 5 times because i get the same nose sound 5 times 

the only thing i can think of now is deleting the game and reinstalling it  

 

after all this and if i get a fix i will make a donation because this is a great game and you guys are greater for making this work

 

 

well after installing the game and reinstalling i had no luck so i went in to c%c online properties/security/advanced/and allow full control system/ apply and OK and i didn't get the CA public error but when i tried to play online i did get a back-end server error the snapshot was capture 6 my last error log

I have exactly the same problem.

C&C 3 Standard download from Origin

Win 7 6bit

i downloaded the latest patch here - installation of the patch worked.

Then i start the launcher and i get exactly the same error messages as monkeyboy described below.

I tried everything (hook, not hooked, disable firewall, start as admin...)

Can anyone help?

seems were having that issue with the same game - and the same error log...

ive done it am back online dont know really how i did it but am playing 

toxic one more Q i have 5 accounts from when i was playing c%c in game spy servers one of them is a beast how could i get it back ive seen that the old nicknames topic is closed

If you're getting that error with an Origin version of the game while running as administrator, it may be anti-virus software causing a problem (try disabling it) or you might need to reinstall the game from Origin.

what would be the benefit from reinstalling the game?

Did I read in your other topic that you were using a CD? Any please make a new topic and post your answer in there, as I suggested in the other topic.

no - i didnt have a cd and i also didnt post in any other topic here.

 

As described in this thread i downloaded the game directly from Origin.

disabling antivir helps to avoid the patch error msg. But now i become "Could not connect to backend server" in thegame.

And i start is as an adminsitrator. So thats not the issue.

You game has patched correctly, so that is not an issue. It must be a networking problem, but let's deal with that in the new topic you're going to make, not in here.
