Hello,

 

hopefully someone can help with this error, nothing has changed my end, just clicked "log in" today as I do everyday and have received this error message. Could someone kindly look into it for me please?

SOLVED!

 

Turns out the login information is now case sensative, before it wasnt, guido didnt work but Guido does.

can not change the login screen the account name    as you change your login information

Change your login name to the upper case letters then click "log in" immediately after, it will log in, but I have to change it everytime.

It wasn't even allowing me to change the case of my account name, I don't know how, but I was able to login after 50 attempts. I hope this won't cost a good chunk of remaining player base.

In case someone has capitalization issue and is having problems changing to the correct case, this is the path where the name is stored:

C:\Users\...your name...\AppData\Roaming\Command and Conquer 3 Kanes Wrath\Profiles\...KW name...\GameSpyLogin.ini
