Red Alert 3 could not connect to Red Alert 3 Online

The log shows that your game has patched correctly, so if you can't connect, you must have a networking problem.       It looks like you're posting from a campus internet connection.       I would check with your IP department to see if they block TCP port 6667.     That is a likely cause of that problem.

Using Ultimate Collection Version.

 

I receive this exact error (See Image).

 

I use windows 8.

I have the same problem, and just opened the tcp 6667 and nothing changed =\
