Hi guys,

 

just wanted to ask if its normal that stats are not updating correctly, when playing CnC Generals ZH online.

 

When I Win/Loose it shows the new stats in my profile, but after I relog, it just disappers.. Its same with DCs.. Is there a way to avoid it? To make the stats updating permanently?

 

 

So far, I have stats of 8wins/16looses, but at least 10 wins were not counted, as well as around 6 looses...

No, that is definitely not normal. Please post the Name and Profile ID of the profile you have problems with so ToxicShock can look into it.

Hi guys,

So yeah i have the same problem wich sump describes.

My profile id is Traicks
And the name i use to play generals zero hour with is also Traicks.

I would highly appreciate it if there is a way to make this work properly.

Failing to record some stats in unranked games is a know issue caused by a wrong profile ID being provided somewhere along the line (that's my current thinking, anyway).      We've been looking at that for a while.     Stats from ladder games should record correctly though.
 
The most usual cause of a failure to record stats in both ladder and unranked games is not having Gentool installed.

Hi thanks for the reply.

So my ladder only shows 1 loss now and my points at the moment are 990.

I do have gentool installed so i dont think that has anything to do with that.

Could this problem be fixed if i use a different name i play with then the one i use for my forum id ?

You can make a new nick name to play on the ladder (you can have up to 16 active accounts at the same time but can deactivate them, if you need to make new ones). When you make a new nick name, it starts with 1000 points. However, so far as I am aware, the results from ladder games are always recorded accurately (provided they are valid ladder games vs other Gentool users).

I have gentool and everything set up correctly and have been playing online for a while now since the official servers closed. I don't understand why all loses seem to always count but my wins don't always get added to my personal stats (not talking about the 1v1 ladder), it seems to be a problem everyone is having in the online community is there anything that can be done to solve this, or could it be something to do with gentool (thought everyone had to use it to play online now).

Well the truth is, that every 1v1 is being counted - doesnt matter if its win or loss.

But when playing 2v2, or any other games with 4 or more players, it permanently counts only the looses and sometime not even the looses (wins got sometimes updated in my profile, but after relog, they dissappear).

 

out of like 100 games with this profile, I only got stats of 8/19 or so... And those 8 wins were obtained only thru 1v1...

My Zero Hour username is SupHomie, but i am unsure where to find my ID number? I dont see it in the settings. Edit: i just looked through my email and i believe its 57556?
