I managed to enable developer mode on Commandos 2 GOG version + Destination Paris 1.42.

This one has more options than the supplied "Debug.exe" version.

 

 

I also set the cheat mode to always on.

Press CTRL+SHIFT+N while in a mission to open the developer window.

What are the scenery draw and visual draw options for? I'm guessing graphics but whenever I change those settings I don't see any differences

There is subtle change in textures when you increase scenery draw *indoors*. I guess it changes the texture filtering, maybe from Nearest Neighbor up to Anisotropic?

 

I have absolutely no idea about visual draw option.

It should change also texture quality for the map. What other options there are new, seems are missing some from cheats..

I know changing graphics to low in the commandos 2 options makes the faces go 2d like commandos 1, but that's pretty much the only difference that's noticeable
