Hi Everybody, 

 

Please help. I suddenly can not get into Online Play in Red Alert. After I Log in I receive "The transaction timed out before receiving a response"

My user name is mikekantreed. 

Another online player said It appeared I was still logged in and in a chat room. The last game I quit playing ended before the game was over and after existing out of RED ALert and starting the game again, and then trying to log in again...

Is there anyway to boot me off so I can log in again?

Correction to my last post - First Line....I suddenly CANT get into...

I can't even get in Red Alert 3 for the first time, say the same thing, although ive used my cnconline account email

Does anyone know how to fix this? Even when I use a nickname, (don't have game spy) it says the same thing.

I restarted the server (there was a fault). You should find that the problem is fixed now. Please let us know if you continue to experience difficulties.
