Thx, I solved the problem myself by finding the ssleay32.dll files at C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Command and Conquer Red Alert 3 and making a folder called ssleay32.dll and putting it in there, then I launched Red Alert 3 and as usual it didn't load, but I clicked on the game in the online thing and it started the game instead of saying "Missing required file ssleay32.dll" it loaded the game.
