Connection Issues TUC - Can Get Into Games But They Cant Start B/C My Connection

I have TUC for Windows 10, and I have installed the fixed launchers. I can get into games, but people aren't able to start them, and they say I have bad connection. Now I just read that I need to download something from the common issues forum post :

 

" If you got the game(s) through The Ultimate Collection bundle, DOWNLOAD THIS to prevent connection issues to people that don't have The Ultimate Collection."

 

But When I click that link, it says Bibber's website is down for maintenance. Can someone link me to the download for the above link? Thanks.

You should find an alternative download for that here; MediaFire. You will have to unzip the file yourself.

I already have those alternative launchers downloaded - still, I can get into games but everyone complains that my connection is black or very bad and they cant start a game. Next to my name in game is a yellow / blue cell tower, if that means anything.

You guys will have to read up on the common fixes for that then come back and tell me what you're tried. You need to tell me what games you're playing too. It would probably be best if you made (or posted in) your own topics.

Please also do this and post the result in here

Please follow these steps:


  • Disable all port forwarding and DMZ in your router.
  • Download my new diagnostic tool here: http://server.cnc-on.../NATNegTest.rar
  • Extract it into a folder and double-click on the .bat file.
  • Paste the output here.
